The McNamara Alumni Center event staff facilitates nearly
900 meetings and events a year. Our expertise lies in making intelligent
and effective recommendations specific to the needs of your event.
Reservations may be taken up to 2 years in advance for events held on
Saturdays after 5 pm, anytime Sundays, in the months of June, July and
August, and University holidays. Otherwise, reservations are taken up
to 1 year in advance of the event. Some exceptions apply.
We no longer accommodate proms.
