Room Rental: $2,000
Possible charges may be incurred for additional hours (for rental beyond 6 hours @ $150/hr) after hours (if the building would otherwise be closed, add $25/hour) and set-up ($100-$200 depending on the nature of your event).

Built-in Projector and Screen: $750
Memorial Hall’s built-in 10,000 lumen projector, 8X18 screen and sound system provide superior presentations. Our custom-made audio visual system includes computer hookup and DVD, CD and video players. Operation is available at both the podium as well as from the back of the room. Please consult with the event staff to determine if one of McNamara Alumni Center's AV technicians should be hired for operation.
